With the Konami sofa, gentle curves culminate in a sculptural sofa that exudes an unforced elegance. Konami – Japanese for ‘little wave’ – is made at the Fredericia workshop with precise upholstery details. The crafted body is elevated by slim metal legs. Konami is designed by Stockholm-based English designer Damian Williamson. The fixed upholstery makes Konami perfect for commercial applications. Loose cushions for extra comfort and a casual residential are available as accessories.

Meet the designer

Furniture and product designer Damian Williamson (1974-2024) received his education at Kingston University in London's Department of Product Design 1998. He began his career by working on numerous design projects and collaborating with various design studios before establishing his design firm, Damian Williamson Office For Design, based in Stockholm in 2004.

Quiet, sculptural shapes are signature traits of the British designer. Clean, clear concepts are expressed with softness, resulting in a tranquil and inviting aesthetic equilibrium. In his meticulous attention to perfection, Williamson merges practicality with presence.
